During his professional development, he has gained rich jurisprudence in civil, commercial and administrative matters. He consulted on merger and acquisition transactions, preparing Due Diligence reports, advised real estate deals (both sides, sellers and buyers), involved in structuring and restructuring of companies and corporate structures. He has consulted legal entities and natural persons regarding the protection of their company rights and interests in Bulgarian and international corporate structures. He supported the activities of one of the largest real estate investment trust (REITs) in Bulgaria.
His secondary education ends at the 22nd High School “G. S. Rakovski”, also known as Secondary Man School of Gymnasium, after which he acquired the following master's degrees in education, namely:
- Master in International Tourism at the University of National and World Economy;
- Master in Law at SWU – Neofit Rilski, and
- Master in International and Commercial Law at the University of Buckingham (United Kingdom)
He is registered as an Intellectual Property Representative both, at the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria and at the European Union Intellectual Property Office.
He speaks fluently English, Russian, Greek and French, which is often used in his practice in communicating with foreign customers who later becomes close friends.
